报告题目：Evaluations of Euler-types sums, Stirling sums and Apéry-type series

报告摘要： In this talk, we introduce some results on the Euler-type sums, Stirling sums and Apéry-type series. In particular, using permutations and compositions, we show that all the (alternating) Euler sums are expressible in terms of (alternating) multiple zeta values. Additionally, by special integrals and transformations of summations, we show that some infinite series involving the Stirling numbers or r-Stirling numbers of the first kind as well as related Euler-type sums and Apéry-type series are reducible to zeta values or alternating multiple zeta values.

报告人简介：王伟平，博士，教授，硕士生导师。2008年毕业于大连理工大学应用数学专业，获博士学位。之后在南京大学数学系从事博士后工作。2010年起任教于浙江理工大学。主要从事经典组合数学、组合算法相关领域的研究，研究内容包括Riordan群及哑运算理论、组合和式及其符号计算、多重zeta值及相关特殊函数等。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级项目3项。在Springer出版社合作出版专著1部。在Adv. in Appl. Math.、J. Symbolic Comput.、J. Number Theory、Discrete Math.等本领域国际知名期刊发表论文四十余篇。
